About the Wards Alderman Ray Ambrose...

Alderman Ambrose has been re elected as the Ward Alderman for this area for six terms. Since his election crime had decreased in the Ward, the street improvement budget has doubled, and four park beautification projects have been completed. Alderman Ambrose has never voted for a tax increase due to his loyalty and accountability to his constituents.

Wonderful people: The 4^th Ward's greatest asset is its people!

Churches: Includes Holy Family Catholic Church, Newcomb Presbyterian Church, Saint Alban's Episcopal Church, and Davenport Faith United Methodist Church.

Schools: All Saints Catholic Grade school, Adams Elementary, and Williams Jr. High. With West High School, Assumption High School, and Trinity Lutheran on our boundaries.

Parks/bike path: Lookout Park; Marquette Park; Petersen Park.

Events/Fairs: Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds & Speedway Racing.

Hospital: Genesis West Hospital.

Restaurants & other businesses: The 4th Ward is a great place to eat, shop and find a wide variety of professional services.
